About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Consultant to join our team and drive the adoption of SAP S/4HANA RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition (RISE with SAP) and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition (GROW with SAP) solutions. As a key member of our SAP team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet the client's business needs. You will be expected to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Consulting: Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Delivery: Develop technical specifications and design documents for SAP projects, including customizations and integrations
  • Mentoring: Lead and mentor SAP development teams, providing technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Customer Engagement: Contribute to SAP solutioning in pre-sales and project phases. Support proposal preparation, analyse customer needs, and independently manage client relationships. Take charge of proposals, ensuring alignment with sales strategy
  • Communications: Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 Years of SAP Solution Techno/functional experience
  • Experience in ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration
  • Experience in leading BPR or Blueprint design
  • Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation or migration projects
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with a global team.
  • Language – proficient in one of the SEA regional languages other than English.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to help customers succeed.
