What You’ll Do
To answer what a typical day looks like, be aware that no two days are the same in this role. The focus areas are:
Operational excellence for your set of cities, including selection and training of new partners and improving current partners\' quality.
Own central growth tracks for the category over time, including projects focused on quality, service excellence, offerings, and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and robust execution.
You are the owner of the business entrusted to you and will have direct influence on how it shapes up. We seek candidates with a high ownership mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
What We Need
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related, consulting, or strategy role.
Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects with the ability to influence and lead.
Belief that great things are built through a combination of smarts and hard work.
