Manager, Transaction Banking Sales

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Banking Sales professional to drive growth and deliver client-focused solutions across Trade Finance and Cash Management. Responsibilities Grow revenue across trade finance and cash management products; Originate new clients and deepen existing client relationships; Deliver tailored solutions across working capital, liquidity, and trade flows; Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product, and Operations teams to deliver seamless client service; Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management requirements. Requirements A good degree with 5–10 years of experience in transaction banking sales; Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments and cash management solutions; Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation; Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
