Ensure policy documentation is consistent, clearly structured, and accessible for internal stakeholders. Compliance Implementation & Controls: Oversee organization-wide implementation of policies, ensuring proper communication, training, and understanding across departments. Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Internal Process Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct regular internal audits and process reviews to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues; develop corrective action plans and monitor follow-through. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure policies and processes are practical, risk-aware, and supportive of business operations. Provide advisory support to departments regarding compliance requirements and process improvements. Documentation, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a centralized repository for all policies, procedures, and audit records. Prepare and present compliance reports, audit findings, and recommendations to management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and enhance process efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, compliance, HR/operations policy management, or process governance. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, labor laws and compliance standards. Excellent command of English with strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage change, and influence stakeholders effectively.
