Job Title: Senior Project Executive
Senior Project Executives are responsible for the overall planning and implementation of various projects. They work closely with leaders and directors to ensure high-quality project execution.
The key responsibilities include:
- Project Planning and Implementation : Develop project schedules, timelines, and budget plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration and Quality Control : Work closely with international design teams to ensure the highest level of project execution. Perform quality control checks on all aspects of project execution, from initial presentations to documentation and service delivery.
- Review and Analysis : Review shop drawings and materials sample submittals for conformance with design. Analyze and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during project execution.
- Field Observations and Documentation : Conduct and document field observations to monitor project progress. Perform construction administration duties, including RFI's, RFP's, and change orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7-10 years experience in project management (5-10 years hospitality experience preferred)
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent work experience
- Experience with international 5-star luxury and upscale projects
- Technical skills**: Competency in use of design and production software (i.e., AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication and Teamwork Skills : Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with individuals throughout the organization.
