**The Role
**The Project Team is the group responsible for planning and executing the project. It consists of a Senior Project Executive and a crew of individuals who are brought in to deliver their tasks according to the project schedule. The Senior Project Executive is the person responsible for ensuring that the Project Team completes the project within the scope of work given. The Senior Project Executive develops the Project Plan with the team and manages the team’s performance of project tasks. It is also the responsibility of the Senior Project Executive to secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the clients. The Senior Project Executive is responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and within scope.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Organise teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure work is of high standards and delivered on time
- Ensure that there is a clear division and allocation of workload and briefs among team members
- Coordinate and ensure all parties follow the agreed workflows and manage them through the process
- Flag any potential team issues to the line manager and be actively involved in finding a solution
- Plan the project, including mapping out the controls that will be put in place, defining what quality the project needs and how it will be achieved, analysing risk and planning control actions.
- Sketch out initial ideas for the project, with the justification, outline vendor costs and timescales to the head of production.
- Liaise with external suppliers/freelancers/vendors.
- Liaise with account servicing, creative and technology teams.

**Requirements
**You sweat the details. You are careful in planning and bold in communication. You prefer rolling your sleeves up and getting your hands dirty to fix the problem.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' Project Management background experience preferred in an ad agency or in-house creative department
- Experience in digital project management is critical as you’re to manage a wide spectrum of project deliverables.
- Demonstrable experience managing total creative workflow, i.e. internal briefing, briefing to vendors, managing deadlines, presentations / internal approvals, execution, delivery
- Proven project management skills
- Self-driven, organised and have an eye for detail
- Proficient with technology and tools
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
- A hands-on, can do approach to solving problems
- Good verbal and written communication skills to enhance negotiation and liaison with key stakeholders
- Able to manage and motivate agency staff, including ‘creatives’, to follow the internal creative process
