Role & Responsibilities
We conduct Behavioral Skills (Human Skills) Training, focusing on helping students (both freshers and experienced) identify suitable roles and enhance their CVs and interview skills. As a Human Skills Trainer, your role involves:
Training (~80% of your time):
Content Development: Collaborate with your team or independently develop content aligned with our curriculum, focusing on recruitment, selection, and adult learning needs.
Training Delivery: Conduct sessions for your assigned batch of 40-45 students daily (max 2 sessions/day).
Coaching & Evaluation (~20% of your time):
Evaluate student submissions and provide feedback.
Offer small group or 1-on-1 coaching based on student needs to help them achieve desired outcomes.
Must Have
2-3 years of experience in teaching, training, and curriculum development.
Passion for helping people learn and grow.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of results.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools; comfort with online training tools.
Good to Have
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in recruiting or decision-making in marketing, sales, or other fields.
Experience in online training.
Recruitment Process
Includes an initial conversation, skill assessment task, technical interview, culture fit discussion, and extending an offer. The entire process takes approximately 10-15 business days.
