Restaurant Leader

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant by leading a high-performing team and implementing effective strategies to maximize profitability.

About the Role:

  • Profit & Loss Responsibility: You will be accountable for managing the financial performance of the restaurant, including cost control and budgeting.
  • Team Management: You will lead a team of supervisors and service staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure maximum utilization of manpower allocated.
  • Daily Operations: You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of menus, promotions, and customer service standards.
  • Cost Analysis: You will monitor and analyze costs to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Customer Service: You will ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to feedback and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years management experience in Food & Beverage industry.
  • Sound leadership qualities and ability to manage service staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and management skills.
