Executive Chef Opportunity
This is an exceptional chance to work in a unique and pioneering culinary setting. We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative Korean fine dining concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including seasonal changes and special offerings
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow with regular operation reports
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management
- Manage inventory and cost controls effectively
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance standards
- Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations
