Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong culinary skills, with knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and plating techniques.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
