As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the digital presence of a prominent football organization across various digital channels. This role also involves overseeing the social media team, executing the social content strategy effectively, and driving followers and fan engagement growth. Your leadership will ensure that all digital assets are optimized to deliver the best fan experience and maximize value for partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead the digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fan engagement goals, while managing digital campaigns across all touchpoints (social, website, email) for each of the four football tournaments.
Oversee SEO strategy and implementation to enhance visibility and organic traffic across the website and other digital platforms.
Oversee the social media strategy and work with the team to execute plans that drive follower growth, engagement, and the development of the fan community.
Drive email marketing campaigns for tournament updates, fan engagement, special offers, and promotional content to increase fan loyalty and participation.
Requirements:
Degree qualified with 5 years experience in digital marketing with a focus in sports related industry
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for fan engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
