Key Responsibilities: Oversee payroll processing for SEA and Japan, ensuring accurate and timely results by coordinating with the third-party payroll vendor, including income tax submissions. Assist with the implementation of the global payroll vendor and address current issues with Strada Global. Work with stakeholders on benefits and leave enrollment for employees. Support the HR Business Partner with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding. Manage external vendors for payroll, benefits, and mobility administration, including insurance renewals, tax reporting, and audits. Coordinate work pass renewals and applications with immigration vendors. Maintain the HRIS system and organize personnel files in Open Text. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for internal departments (Finance, IT) and external stakeholders (e.g., MOM). Contribute to other HR projects as needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on payroll management, particularly across multiple countries. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and Power Point. Knowledge of regional payroll and employment regulations in SEA. Strong vendor management skills with a meticulous attention to detail, especially in reconciliation. Ability to adapt and effectively manage challenges in a transitional vendor environment.
