Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure compliance with all MOM rules and regulations related to employment.
  • To attend courses and workshops as required and provide updates on new information to the company.
  • To work closely with employment agencies to source for suitable candidates.
  • To conduct interviews and select the right candidate for the company.
  • To maintain accurate records of staff leave and attendance.
  • To handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • To manage office purchases, including stationery, pantry supplies, etc.
  • To oversee the work of the office cleaner and ensure that the office is maintained to a high standard.
  • To source for reliable vendors and suppliers for the company's needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR functions or operations.
