Hermanos is a vibrant new Mexican Restuarant & bar on Guillemard Road bringing a playful yet refined Mexican-Western dining experience to Singapore. Role Overview
We're looking for a Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative kitchen. This is a great opportunity to learn from our chefs, work with fresh ingredients, and contribute to an exciting menu that blends Mexican flair with local tastes.

What You'll Do

  • Assist chefs with daily prep work (washing, cutting, marinating, portioning).
  • Support in plating and garnishing dishes to ensure presentation standards.
  • Learn and follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness practices.
  • Help with inventory checks, storage, and kitchen organization.
  • Work closely with the team during service to keep operations smooth.
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn every day.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for food, cooking, and hospitality.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated from a culinary / hospitality program (preferred but not required).
  • Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
