Technical Sales Engineer
with a strong background in
laser micromachining
to expand our market presence in Singapore and the region. This is a unique opportunity to combine

semiconductor, electronics, and advanced manufacturing industries . With a strong focus on

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage new business opportunities in
semiconductors, electronics, and micro-manufacturing .
Act as a
technical consultant , recommending the right laser solutions (UV, fiber, CO2).
Build long-term customer partnerships and drive sales strategy.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver
customized solutions .
Travel across the region for client visits and industry events.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, or related field .
Minimum
5 years of sales experience
in
laser, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing .
Strong understanding of
laser micromachining, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 applications .
Excellent communication skills (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
Proven track record in
technical sales, negotiations, and closing deals .
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with
CNC systems, vision systems, or automation in laser applications .
Knowledge of
UV lasers, fiber lasers, and CO2 lasers .
Existing network of contacts in
semiconductor and electronics sectors in Singapore/Malaysia .
