What you'll be doing: Develop an in-depth understanding of operational functions, processes, and business metrics, including P&L components and cost structures. Manage and drive customer operations BAU, ensuring efficiency and quality in transactional workflows. Contribute to operations optimization projects, including process improvements, solution building, and supply chain logic enhancements. Analyze operational and financial data to identify insights and support cost optimization strategies. Collaborate across teams to implement new operational initiatives and monitor their impact on performance. What you need to succeed: Strong data analysis abilities, familiarity with SOP and workflow design, and understanding of system design to support technology-driven solutions. Proven problem-solving and solution-building capabilities, customer-centric mindset, impact-oriented approach, and effective communication skills.
