Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Co-led the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions based on government agencies' requirements. ">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs, and translate them into technical requirements. ">
  • Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs, custom user interface development, etc ">
  • Integrate Salesforce APIs with 3rd party systems and WOG components/services ">
  • Hands-on configuration in administration setup such as managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, etc ">
  • Provide level 3 support on incidents, problems, and service requests ">
  • Develop & maintain documentation on specifications, design, and test analysis results according to standards & ensure filing of relevant information ">

Requirements:

  • min. Degree in any relevant discipline ">
  • min. 4 years of working experience in Salesforce project development ">
  • Salesforce Certificates is desired ">
