Government Digital Transformation Specialist

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving government projects forward by translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in delivering government projects, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and a good understanding of user experience principles.
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications for the development team
- Support user research activities and incorporate user feedback into requirements documentation
- Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI tools to improve business processes and user productivity
- Facilitate communication between government stakeholders, product owners, and the technical team
- Create and maintain process flows, user journey maps, and requirements documentation
- Contribute to basic wireframes and user flow diagrams in collaboration with UX designers
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
- Support change management initiatives and user training programmes
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in government digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of government IT policies, processes, and compliance requirements
- Understanding of GCC concepts, terminology, and security classifications to facilitate requirements gathering and documentation
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation tools
- Experience in agile methodologies and working with scrum teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences
- Good understanding of user experience principles and best practices
