Senior Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a vital role in advancing projects for government agencies in Singapore.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize technology and contribute significantly to government projects that enhance the daily lives of citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and manage stakeholder business requirements, translating them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions meeting business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
  • Coordinate UAT progress and acceptance with Quality Engineer and business users, managing defects as needed.
  • Organize the product backlog by gathering information with stakeholders and participating in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be Singaporean nationals.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields is required.
  • Prior experience in IT business analysis or developer roles, designing application solutions, and testing, or related fields is necessary.
  • Cloud and programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript) are advantageous.
