Job Title: Digital Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation and process improvement across the business.

About the Role
  • This role is crucial in shaping our digitalization roadmap, ensuring it aligns with departmental and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and implement a clear digital vision that drives business growth and innovation.
  2. Digital Solution Development and Deployment: Design and deploy digital platforms using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with operational needs.
  3. Automation & Innovation: Drive the integration of AI, ML, and robotic process automation to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity.
  4. EAM System Implementation & Integration: Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of the new Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure it aligns with existing workflows and operational requirements.
  5. Data Governance & Insights: Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security, leveraging data analytics to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Foster effective communication across sections within the department and with external stakeholders, promoting digital adoption and managing resistance.
  7. Team Development & Training: Mentor and develop team members in digital competencies, designing and implementing training programs to ensure successful adoption of digital tools.
  8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of digital initiatives, reporting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Communications Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML, and robotic process automation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
