Responsibilities: Assists in reviewing of processes, planning and executing department’s initiatives and projects. Assists inreviewing of policies, procedures, systems and processes to provide seamless, effective and high quality care delivery. Identifies gaps in service delivery and processes. Institutes corrective and preventive measures to ensure that desired standards are met and consistently improved upon. Implements and enforces continuous improvement of work processes, performance indicators and policies. Ensure medical reports and related requests are processed in a timely manner in accordance with established performance indicators. Ensures departmental action plan and performance indicators are achieved. Attend to public relations/ enquiries pertaining to respective functional area of HIMS and ensure that they are promptly attended to and resolved. Ensure information is handled with strict confidentiality. Requirements: Degree in any relevant discipline Preferable 1 to2 years of experience in customer services, project management and supervision. Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Power Point) Good verbal, written and presentation skills Good interpersonal skill with excellent teamwork. Good problem-solving with analytical skills. Working Schedule (Office hours): Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
