**Job Title:** Tunnel Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the construction of tunnels. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of tunnel construction crew, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of tunnel construction crew engaged in sinking shafts, boring tunnels, placing tunnel segments, moving shield forward, and excavating in front of shield.
  • Determining the spacing, alignment, and depth of blast holes.
  • Managing and supervising site workers for each shift.
  • Ensuring completion of work in accordance with the main contractor's program and requirements, without any accidents or incidents.
  • Troubleshooting and submitting in-house reports.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in supervision of temporary works and underground structures or tunnelling.
  • Possess a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor and BCSS-T.
