About the Role:
As a Tunnel Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of underground infrastructure projects. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, such as utility agencies and subcontractors, to resolve any discrepancies in utility plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the project manager in planning and executing tunnel operations
• Coordinate with utility agencies, such as PUB (Sewer, Water Supply, Network), to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Liaise with Site Engineers to ensure that excavation works are conducted safely and efficiently
• Experience dealing with utility agencies and resolving disputes in a fair and professional manner
• Ensure that all Necessary Compliance Evidence (NCE) are in order prior to excavation works

Requirements:
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the related field for this position, coordination with utility agencies for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work
Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance, and progress with the company
