Job Overview
A seasoned professional in auditing is required to manage a portfolio of clients independently, lead and supervise an audit team, and conduct risk-based financial and operational audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Lead and supervise a high-performing audit team consisting of senior professionals and assistants.
- Plan, execute, and monitor all aspects of risk-based financial and operational audits.
- Analyse and evaluate the internal control systems of companies to ensure optimal functioning.
- Review and ensure the completeness and quality of staff work, as well as compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate technical competencies in team members through coaching, mentoring, and development programs.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in auditing, with a minimum of 3 years as an Audit Senior.
- Exhibit maturity, responsibility, adaptability, flexibility, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs.
- Have a good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and associates.
- Be able to liaise with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Proficiency in Audit Express software is a plus.
