As a senior audit professional, you'll safeguard our organization's integrity by leading comprehensive internal audits. You'll assess control effectiveness, identify improvements, and communicate findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute internal audits across operations, business processes, governance, and regulatory areas
  • Assess control effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the annual audit plan and foster relationships with various departments

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in audit roles, preferably in insurance
  • A strong understanding of audit methodologies, control frameworks, and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively
