With a reputation for reliability, technical capability, and responsive service, we work closely with shipyards, vessel owners, and offshore contractors across the region.As part of our strategic expansion, we are establishing a new office in Batam, Indonesia, to strengthen our regional operations and better serve our growing client base.About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Batam, Indonesia. As part of our regional expansion, this role will play a crucial part in establishing our company's market presence, building client networks, and developing new business opportunities within the offshore and marine industry.The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new markets, forming partnerships, and supporting management in creating a sustainable project pipeline for the Batam region.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to establish the company's presence in the Batam offshore and marine market. Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients and partners to build long-term business relationships. Explore and evaluate new business opportunities, including shipyard collaboration, equipment supply, marine services, and offshore support. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Collaborate with the management team to develop competitive pricing strategies and support tender preparation. Build a strong understanding of market trends, client requirements, and competitors' activities. Maintain close contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business. Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company's services and capabilities. Provide regular updates and reports on market development, project opportunities, and sales performance. Manage the company's social media and online presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase company visibility, promote achievements, and support marketing campaigns. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the offshore, marine, or oil & gas industry. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet collaborate effectively with headquarters and cross-functional teams. Willing to be based in Batam, Indonesia, and occasionally report to Singapore.
