Branch Manager SEA Global Marine & Offshore Services Join Johnson Controls as a Branch Manager for SEA Global Marine & Offshore Services. You will manage technical support services for UPG customers, including distributors, branches, deals, and end‐use consumers. Your responsibilities include developing staff to provide detailed technical support, overseeing financial review and disposition of warranty disputes and concessions, managing field technical activities, and resolving customer complaints. What You Will Do Lead the Marine & Offshore Service team, reporting to the Area General Manager for the region. Develop, coach, and guide the team to deliver their business plans. Manage a team of skilled, engaged service professionals and specialists in the maritime HVAC/R sector. How You Will Do It Lead, develop, and coach your team to deliver business targets. Seek innovative ways to operate and grow the business. Maintain and establish a strong business presence in the defined market, identifying, securing, growing, and retaining customers to enhance reputation and referrals. Maintain close connection with market issues and maintain subject‐matter expertise. Drive operational excellence, high team motivation, and customer satisfaction while maximizing business results. Oversee financial management and operational assets. Serve as an active member of the regional leadership team, collaborating across areas to maximize performance. What We Look For Bachelor's degree in engineering/business or equivalent experience. Proven experience with sustainable business growth. Proven market knowledge and industry background. Experience in management, commercial negotiations, project costing and/or project management. Experience delivering bespoke solutions rather than products. Solid experience with operational P&L reviews and reporting. Ability to work with the team to change mindset. Strong communication and personal clout. What We Offer Competitive salary.
