The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end operations, logistics, and sales support, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer orders, planning, scheduling, and managing resources for smooth operations, reviewing processes, and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

  • Min. 1-2 years' experience in logistics/customer service
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on in order management (planning & execution a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
