The role involves coordinating with storekeepers to meet customer shipment deadlines, ensuring item accuracy and availability, generating delivery orders, scheduling and routing deliveries efficiently, preparing export shipping documents, verifying transporter invoices, and liaising with freight forwarders for cost-effective service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate shipments to meet customer deadlines
- Ensure accurate inventory management and input serial numbers in Navision
- Generate delivery orders and shipping details
- Schedule and route deliveries efficiently
- Prepare export shipping documents and coordinate fumigation if required
- Verify transporter invoices and prevent overbilling
- Liaise with freight forwarders for cost-effective services
- Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles
- Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration
- Familiarity with Portnet and Crimsonlogic
- Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT + Medical
- 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
