Reporting to the Head of IT and Security, you will play a critical role in the IT engineering team, requiring a strong grasp of general IT knowledge, analytical and troubleshooting skills, coding/scripting abilities, and a quick adaptability to challenges. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that enhance business processes and workflows.Your responsibilities will include receiving and addressing IT support tickets, managing accounts, coordinating IT asset deliveries, serving as an escalation point for helpdesk tickets, providing on-site support, contributing to IT and Security initiatives, maintaining documentation, adhering to best practices, collaborating with team members and vendors, and supporting IT projects efficiently.You are expected to have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in IT solution development disciplines. Additionally, you should have experience with agile methods, a service-oriented and collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Workspace/G-Suite management. Experience in troubleshooting techniques, modern operating systems, MDM software, IdP services, SaaS applications management, and service automation through coding/scripting is required.Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in software development or security engineering, Django development framework, ITSM, HRIS integrations, compliance frameworks, VPN/Zero Trust configuration, Cloud environments, and networking devices configuration/troubleshooting.At Instawork, you will have the opportunity to work across the stack, collaborate with various teams, grow technically and as a leader, and contribute to the company's success.
