ATLAS is seeking a Chef de Partie (from Demi to Senior level) to join our large and dynamic brigade. This is an opportunity to be part of a passionate team in a high-performance kitchen, where attention to detail, creativity, and most importantly consistency are key. The culinary program at ATLAS focusses solely on European cuisine style, with elevated bistro classics showcasing simple, yet refined technique. Our food offering within that style is varied; our Dining menu encompasses bar snacks, formal entrée and main course dishes and a focused dessert selection from our pastry team; as well as an Afternoon Tea featuring both sweet and savoury elements, through to large scale canape menus for events and takeovers. Learn from an experienced Executive Chef and further develop your skills in a structured brigade, within a bustling venue. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes according to ATLAS’s recipes, presentation standards and plating guidelines Ensure food is prepared and served to high standards Exhibits recognition, respect and tolerance in dealing with customer-related requests and situations Managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen section, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness Ensure proper food storage and labelling Effectively communicating with team leader and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Excludes positive energy and seeks continuous improvement Job Requirements: Minimum 1 years (Demi level) or 2 years (Senior level) of working experience Exposure to Hot Kitchen brigades Able to work in a fast-paced environment Available evenings, weekends and Public Holidays Team player with a positive attitude Able to work independently and work well in a team Benefits: 5-day work week / 5 to 7 shifts Monthly Service Charge Medical and Dental Benefits Yearly Work Anniversary Incentives Night transport provided for closing shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
