Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Veeva CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Veeva-based solutions that support commercial operations in the life sciences industry. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Veeva partners to ensure the Veeva CRM platform is optimized to meet business goals and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and technical leader for the Veeva CRM platform (including Veeva CLM, Approved Email, Engage, Events Management, etc.)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, flexible, and secure Veeva CRM solutions.
  • Lead solution design sessions and document technical architecture and data flows.
  • Oversee configuration, integration, and customization of Veeva CRM and related applications (Salesforce, MedPro, Concur, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Compliance, and IT.
  • Provide governance for development best practices and ensure solution alignment with business strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and provide oversight for Veeva development and support teams.
  • Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR), and validation standards.
  • Conduct impact analysis for system changes and lead UAT efforts.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and support to administrators and users as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of Veeva Vault, platform, and data integration tools.
  • Proven experience architecting scalable CRM solutions and managing system deployments.
  • Deep knowledge of life sciences commercial processes (sales, field force effectiveness, MSL operations)
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Veeva CRM certification is highly preferred.
