Electronics Manufacturing Industry Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)Basic salary up $4000 +VB East area (Kaki Bukit)Job Responsibilities Handle daily sales operations such as preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and managing delivery orders and invoices. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely solutions and support. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Marketing) to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities. Assist in preparing sales reports, tenders, and other relevant documentation. Monitor and track sales programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process, including system enhancements and process automation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a sales support, program management, or customer service role, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector. Strong coordination and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
