In this key role, you will lead and scale our benefit programs in several APAC countries through a period of strategic transformation. You will be responsible for supporting benefits strategy and overseeing vendor partnerships, program design and implementation, employee communications, compliance and administration oversight. In this role you will be accountable to manage outside vendors as well as collaborate with internal partners (HR shared services, HR business partners, legal, finance and payroll teams) to achieve desired business results. This position will report to the Associate VP, HR Benefits. Major Responsibilities Lead insurance/program renewal analyses and recommendations considering cost, employee experience, and compliance. Benchmark benefits programs through participation in surveys and peer networking. Analyze benefit program data for trends, utilization, cost drivers, and savings opportunities which align with Agilent's benefits philosophy and long‐term strategy. Develop the design & recommendations of new or revised programs and vendors. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive benefit program communications to optimize program awareness and utilization. Serve as the subject matter expert in benefit programs, partnering with the HR Shared Services team to implement processes and support complex employee queries. Stay abreast of legislative requirements with respect to benefit programs and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance. Support annual strategy/RFPs and budgeting. Manage the relationship with vendors, brokers and consultants. Qualifications 10+ years of benefits experience including deep knowledge of benefit programs across APAC. Demonstrated track record in managing/delivering successful benefits programs. Strong project management and consulting skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills. Established vendor management skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Very strong financial, analytical and audit skills; strong command of Excel. Proven experience working in a global environment for medium to large size companies. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Additional Details This job has a full‐time weekly schedule and includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
