What the role is: As a trainee with the Human Resource Division's Talent Acquisition team, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the full talent acquisition lifecycle whilst contributing to building a robust and sustainable talent pipeline for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). In this role, you will actively support critical recruitment initiatives across CAAS, including the rigorous selection process for Probationary Air Traffic Control Officers. This hands‐on experience will provide you with valuable insights into specialised aviation recruitment. What you will be working on: You will support recruitment processes from initial sourcing to onboarding and employer branding initiatives. Your day‐to‐day activities will include assisting with candidate screening and assessment, coordinating interview logistics, and supporting the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics. You will work alongside hiring managers to understand their requirements and help facilitate smooth recruitment processes, gaining valuable exposure to stakeholder engagement in a professional environment. As a trainee, you will learn through hands‐on experience whilst receiving regular guidance and feedback from experienced HR professionals. This supportive learning environment will help you develop foundational recruitment skills and broader HR knowledge, providing you with practical insights into the unique aspects of talent acquisition within the aviation industry.
