Project Leadership Lead full lifecycle delivery of data center construction projects, from design coordination to commissioning. Manage multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Planning & Execution Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client specifications. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors. Facilitate clear communication and alignment across all project phases. Quality & Performance Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, safety, and operational readiness. Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and performance benchmarks. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental) or a related field. Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering and project management experience, in overseeing design, construction, testing and commissioning of large scale WTE facilities (>750 tonnes per day), large-scale industrial or utilities projects (including Oil & Gas and Power). Proven track record of delivering WTE projects (>750 tonnes per day) In-depth knowledge of engineering codes, construction best practices, and EPC and Design & Build delivery frameworks. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with project management tools and systems Professional Engineering (PE) registration or Chartered Engineer status is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
