JOB DESCRIPTION Plan and execute short- and long-term KPI to achieve Company objectives. Develop and maintain relationship with clients and stakeholders. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. To develop the framework for the corporate management system, and coordinate across all the Functional Departments to standardize company's rules & regulations. Gathering and analyzing the data based on the company's performance appraisal policies for Managements, Subsidiaries and Functional Departments. Conduct market research and systematically collect and summarize the construction market information for the Management to make decisions. To identify the benchmark companies from industry, and carry out consistent monitoring and learn from their successful management experience and competitive advantages. Liaise with Beijing HQ effectively, take charge of processing of incoming correspondences, distribution, follow-up, and response. Preparing the important reports to Beijing HQ, including annual operations review, performance appraisal reports etc. Skills and Specifications Degree in any discipline, background with construction management, business administrations or real estate is an advantage. Good command of both English and Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates) At least of 10 year of related working experience Good communication and presentation skills Multi-tasking ability, resourceful and creative Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point.
