About the Job This is a 1-year contract, full-time position supporting reception and administrative functions in a school environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and students while assisting the administrative team in ensuring smooth and efficient office functions. The role is based on-site at a school located in the North region (Yishun) and follows regular weekday office hours from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Provide frontline customer service, including attending to walk-in and phone enquiries. Assist students, parents, visitors, and staff with general queries and directions. Manage and compile data, records, and simple correspondences. Handle collection and verification of documents. Support general office administrative duties, logistics coordination, and operational tasks. Carry out other duties or projects assigned to support school operations. Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills when engaging students, parents, and staff. Proficient in basic office software and administrative processes. Organised, service-oriented, and able to work in a school environment. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. What We Offer Supportive and structured school-based work environment.
