The Engineering Division conducts research and provides engineering services in digital and mixed-signal electronics/microelectronics, RF, electromagnetic interference (EMI)/electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), antennas, and mechanical and thermal engineering.

Responsibilities
Lead or collaborate with a team to design and develop antennas or EMC solutions for defence applications, such as metasurfaces for beam steering or phased array antennas.
Develop new design methodologies using computational techniques and tools, including computational EM and AI/ML models.
Participate in the full cycle of design, fabrication, implementation, and testing.
Job Requirements
PhD / Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics.
Knowledge of electromagnetics.
Experience with lab measurements and RF equipment (e.g., VNAs).
Proficiency with computational tools such as CST, HFSS, FEKO, or AI/ML tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve challenging problems.
Skills
EM simulation software, EM/Circuit design, In-lab measurements.
