Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Due Diligence Analyst . The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough customer due diligence checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Due Diligence: Conduct detailed background checks on customers to ensure their suitability for banking services.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure that all customer due diligence activities are in compliance with these regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain all customer due diligence records, ensuring that they are easily accessible and securely stored.
  • Documentation Review: Review and analyze customer documentation to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders, including colleagues and management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports on customer due diligence activities, highlighting any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a related role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
