Job Title: Customer Due Diligence Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Due Diligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough customer due diligence checks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct customer due diligence checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Verify and validate customer information to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with customers;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, law, or business administration;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution or regulatory body;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
