Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Due Diligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough customer due diligence and ensuring that our records are kept up-to-date according to our internal standards.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Conducting initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
  • Analysing customer transaction history and providing insights into customer behaviour patterns that may indicate risks.
  • Maintaining organised and detailed records of customers and decisions made during the CDD process.
  • Evaluating potential money laundering and fraudulent activities and filing Suspicious Activity Reports as needed.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that we adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Your expertise in global KYC/AML compliance regulations and standards is essential to this position.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or compliance roles.
  • Basic knowledge of global KYC/AML compliance regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to adhere to strict KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
