General Manager (F&B Division) Fairy Group Ventures operates an integrated F&B and entertainment hub at 29 Carpenter Street, featuring: JUwei Old Nanyang Cuisine (Level 1) – a heritage-inspired dining concept. Er Dang Jia Hotpot (Level 2) – a modern hotpot experience. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our F&B division and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the front-of-house team to achieve operational KPIs and deliver excellent guest experiences. Spearhead and oversee the development of the franchise program for JUwei Old Nanyang Cuisine. Drive growth in online delivery sales and launch a new “Call & Collect” channel for Er Dang Jia Hotpot. Strategize and execute initiatives to increase sales for our Nasi Lemak mini buffet. Ensure effective cost control and operational efficiency across both outlets. Contribute to the creation and development of innovative F&B concepts. Requirements Proven experience in F&B operations and marketing. Strong front-of-house leadership with the ability to inspire and manage teams. Demonstrated track record in concept development and brand building. Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
