Process Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing engineering processes, ensuring process efficiency and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

About the Role:

The Process Engineering Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing engineering processes. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards
  • Document procedures and test methods

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or related field)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in process engineering or quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of measurement systems, quality tools and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
