Results-Driven Paid Media Specialist

The ideal candidate will develop and execute paid media strategies across various online advertising channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement paid media campaigns from start to finish, including budget allocation, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign success and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, changes in algorithms, and new advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and creative strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
