Digital Business Strategist
to lead our ecommerce and digital marketing direction from the ground up. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape everything from the website to the customer experience to the ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a full-funnel digital strategy to launch and scale a luxury direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand
Oversee the development of the ecommerce site (Shopify or equivalent), ensuring it reflects a premium user experience and brand aesthetic
Craft, test, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
Direct brand creatives — including campaign visuals, videos, and content — ensuring alignment with high-end market expectations
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and developers to deliver a cohesive and elevated digital presence
Own performance KPIs (ROAS, conversion rate, CAC, etc.) and continuously iterate on strategies to improve them
Conduct competitor benchmarking and keep up with luxury ecommerce trends
Report directly to the founder and work closely with supply chain, product, and creative teams
Ideal Candidate
Proven track record in ecommerce (DTC) is a must, experience in premium or design-focused brands would be a bonus
Deep understanding of digital ad channels and creative strategy
Strong visual sense — you understand what looks “premium” and how to translate that into digital storytelling
Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — you’ll be wearing many hats
Bonus: Experience launching a brand from scratch or working in a startup environment
