What We Do:
As a Digital Growth Strategist, you will be part of our Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) division, serving Visa's clients and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. You will work closely with our clients to develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that address the most impactful opportunities and challenges.\

Your Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with consulting and client leadership in regular strategic & planning discussions
* Cultivate and manage a pipeline of analytic work
* Develop insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues, and provide strategic guidance for client priorities
* Participate in the sales process to qualify opportunities and guide clients to the correct engagement type to address their needs
* Develop engagement pitches, draft proposals, and coordinate with peers in other functional areas to implement projects in ways that maximize the breadth and depth of Visa's resources\

Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong business acumen and understanding of the payments industry
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role\
