As a New Product Development Specialist at MARS Cosmetics, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the development of innovative beauty products from concept to launch. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing new product ideas based on consumer trends and market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative concepts to life, and ensuring that new products align with the brand's values and goals.You will be expected to stay updated on emerging trends in the beauty and cosmetics industry, conduct market research and trend analysis, and organize consumer focus groups to gather insights on product concepts. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end product development process, work closely with R&D to ensure regulatory standards are met, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product delivery and post-launch tracking.Your role will also involve coordinating with internal departments to align on product development timelines, resource allocation, and marketing strategies, as well as managing the product development budget and timeline. Strong project management skills, an understanding of consumer behavior and beauty industry trends, and proficiency in product development tools and project management software are essential for success in this role.To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Science, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in new product development in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry.
