Job Title: Product Introduction Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Introduction Specialist to lead and oversee our full New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Leadership: Develop and implement NPI processes and procedures to ensure smooth product launches and optimal manufacturing efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and headquarters to ensure successful product launches and effective supply chain management.
- BOM Management: Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support assembly operations and minimize costs.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate data in SFC (Shop Floor Control) and SAP systems to ensure seamless production planning and control.
- Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support during production ramp-up phases and assist with server and rack assembly processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to Kaizen initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably with exposure to NPI or process engineering.
- Skill Set: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive approach, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Project Management: Strong project management and organizational capabilities, detail-oriented with a practical, hands-on work style.
