Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leads new product introduction projects from planning to execution.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing to join our team as a Product Introduction Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading NPI projects, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to deliver seamless product introductions.
- To ensure the success of our products, we require candidates who possess excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and project management capabilities.

Job Description:The Product Introduction Engineer role involves overseeing data accuracy in SFC and SAP systems, developing BOMs, and providing technical support to our internal teams and suppliers.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, hold a diploma or degree in Engineering or a related discipline, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing, updating, and managing BOMs;
- Overseeing data accuracy in SFC and SAP systems;
- Providing technical support to internal teams and suppliers.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset;
- Self-starter with excellent project management skills.
